Nature Boy

Nature Boy was performed in different developmental incarnations and served partially as development for another of Bart’s shows, kid enkidu. It was first developed, created and performed with 4th Graders at St. Anthony Park Elementary for a performance at the Flint Hills International Children’s Festival in 2010. The source material needed to be developed with children to authentically include a child’s point of view. A different but related incarnation of Nature Boy was then performed, with professional puppeteers in 2011 at the Northern Spark Festival at the Minnesota Children’s Museum.
